The Bharat Petroleum Learning Centre (BPLC), Mumbai, hosted the 10th edition of RYTINK, its prestigious Case Writing Competition, where Yancha was once again chosen to apply the Design Thinking approach to redefine the program. This selection was a significant achievement, as Yancha was preferred over several leading consulting firms, reflecting the trust and excellence built by the team through their consistent efforts.
Dr. Arnab Basu, Co-Founder and CEO of Yancha, participated in the event and shared his insights. He also presented his book, Productivity Code, to Ms. Poornima Mittal, Head of BPLC, who graciously ensured its inclusion in the BPLC library as a reference for participants.
The program was inaugurated by Mr. Pushp Kumar Nayar, Executive Director (HRD) of BPCL, who highlighted Yancha’s contributions over the past three editions of RYTINK. He emphasized how the Design Thinking initiative has helped create a strong learning repository at Bharat Petroleum, enhancing induction programs and contributing to long-term improvements in policies and SOPs.
One of the most inspiring moments was seeing Mr. Abhisek Nanda, a mentee from a previous season, now leading the initiative under the exceptional leadership of Ms. Mittal. It was also a proud moment to learn that several cases developed through RYTINK have been recognized by prestigious platforms like Harvard and Ivey, showcasing the global impact of the work.
Dr. Basu expressed deep gratitude to BPLC, the participants from various sectors, and his team for their valuable contributions. He believes true success lies in creating meaningful impact and looks forward to continuing Yancha’s mission of knowledge sharing and innovation.
